Acceptance of Terms

By accessing choicefrontier.pro or booking a service with Choice Frontier ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Services Provided

Choice Frontier provides installation of automotive security systems, including car alarms, GPS tracking, remote start, keyless entry, engine immobilizers, dash cameras and window security film. Service availability may vary by vehicle make, model and location.

Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an installation appointment.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
  • Prices listed on our website are estimates and may be adjusted after vehicle inspection.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Warranty and Liability

All installations include a 2-year warranty covering parts and labor, subject to normal use and maintenance. Choice Frontier is not liable for damage resulting from unauthorized modification, misuse, or third-party repairs performed after installation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be treated as cancellations under this policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on choicefrontier.pro, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Choice Frontier Security Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Choice Frontier's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific installation in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
